Professor Timothy Endicott will introduce a discussion of R (on the application of Cart, U, and XC) v The Upper Tribunal and the Special Immigration Appeals Commission [2009] EWHC 3052. The discussion will focus on the implications of the decision for the new tribunal system, for the SIAC, for the High Court, and for Parliament.
NB: This is the first Judicial Review of the new Administrative Tribunal
