Dr. W. Njoya, CUF Lecturer in Law at the University of Oxford and Fellow and Tutor in Law at Wadham College, will make a presentation for the Labour Law Discussion Group on Tuesday week 6 (16th of November) from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm in the Lower SCR room at Hertford College. She will talk about employee ownership in the European company: reflexive law, reincorporation and escaping codetermination. A light lunch will be provided.
