McCarthy and Zambrano - EU Citizenship contained?

The next meeting of the discussion group will take place on Tuesday of 3^rd week (17^th May) at 7pm in Room 6.6 Worcester College.

For discussion are the recent Luxembourg rulings in McCarthy v United Kingdom (Case C‑434/09, 5 May 2011)  and Zambrano (C-34/09, 8 March 2011) which purport to clarify the scope of EU Citizenship and the attendant migration and residence rights of family members.  

All are welcome.  Refreshments will be served.
