Rogers, Rationing, Reasons and Rationality

Dr. Syrett will discuss the important Rogers case in which the Court of Appeal quashed the Swindon Primary Care Trust's policy on witholding funding for the breast-cancer drug Herceptin. The discussion builds upon his forthcoming comment in Public Law.
