Administrative Law in Multi-Level Orders: An EU and US Comparison
Speaker: Dr. Catherine Donnelly, Wadham College, Oxford

Dr Donnelly will consider the extent to which US federal administrative law and EU administrative law have binding effect on the US states and Member States respectively. This comparison will be set in the context of an overview of the EU and US administrations and will explore potential explanations for divergences.
