The Property Law Discussion group will be hosting a panel discussion on aspects of the Law Commission's recent report on easements, freehold covenants and profits à prendre ( http://www.justice.gov.uk/lawcommission/docs/lc327_easements_report.pdf ). The members of the panel will be Professor Elizabeth Cooke, the Law Commissioner with responsibility for Property, Family and Trust Law, Roger Smith and Professor Susan Bright.
