Counterfeiting and Anti-Counterfeiting in China

The talk will focus on the scope and causes of the trademark counterfeiting problem in China and the strategies that multinational companies are using in enforcing their rights against counterfeiters and pirates. The talk will focus on the effectiveness of these strategies and future trends in the battle against counterfeiting in China.
