Jones v Kernott: discussion

The Property Law Discussion Group will be hosting a general discussion of the Supreme Court decision in Jones v Kernott [2011] UKSC 53. The discussion will be led by William Swadling, who will be talking through the judgments in the case and the implications of the decision for future cases. It will follow the format of a reading group session, so attendees should have read the case in advance.
