Oxford v Cambridge Clifford Chance LLP Roman Law Moot Court Competition 2012
Venue: Oxford Law Faculty Cube
2500 years of law; 800 years of rivalry; 2 moots of 45 minutes to settle it for another year... The Oxford v Cambridge Clifford Chance LLP Roman Law Moot Court Competition sees students with an interest in Roman Law argue a range of issues in delict, contract and property law before a panel of Iudices comprising the Universities' respective Regius Professors of Civil Law. All interested members of the University are welcome to support the teams as, for the fifth time, the academic year is drawn to a close with this epic but entirely civil contest of legal and rhetorical skill.
