The High Sheriff of Oxfordshire, William Alden MBE DL, has invited members of the Law Faculty to attend the Annual High Sheriff's Law Lecture to be given on the 9th of October 2012. The Lecture “Out of his Shadow- the long struggle of wives under English Law” is to be given by the Right Honourable Lord Wilson of Culworth PC, Justice of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, will be held in the University Examination Schools at 3:45 pm followed by tea then The Court Sermon at 6pm in the presence of The Hon. Mr Justice Fulford at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford.
