EU Immigration Rights for Third Country Nationals

Nicholas Blake QC practises in the general field of public law, particularly in the fields of personal liberty, discrimination and human, economic and social rights. He has a special prominence in the field of immigration, asylum and European free movement law, where he has appeared in many of the leading cases of the past ten years. He has written extensively on the subject of civil rights and in particular human rights in immigration and asylume and EU free movement law. He is currently a contributor, with Charlotte Kilroy, to the EC law section of Jackson and Warr Immigration Law and Practice (Sweet and Maxwell). In 2003 he published, with Raza Husain, Immigration, Asylum and Human Rights, Blackstone’s Human Rights Series (Oxford University Press).
