Manfred Gruenanger is a senior legal advisor in the Legal Policy Department of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna/Austria. Since 2002 he is a delegated member of the Austrian Working Group for Corporate Governance. He holds degrees in law (PhD) from University of Vienna/Austria and business (MBA, MPhil) from the Danube University Krems/Austria and Oxford Brookes University/UK. Currently he is an Academic Visitor to the Law Faculty of Oxford University researching in corporate governance developments in Austria and the UK.
