David Forsdick is a barrister and member of Landmark Chambers in London, where he is a part of the top-rated environmental and planning team of barristers. David specialises in public law, environmental and planning law (including statutory challenges and judicial reviews) and social security, and has been on the A Panel of junior counsel to the Crown since 2005. David’s environmental work involves litigating judicial review challenges to environmental decision-making (including in relation to windfarm developments), advising nature conservation organizations and acting as a Secretary of State decision maker in certain environmental law appeals. He also advises on and acts in cases involving contaminated land liability, planning implications of flooding and major hazard installations, and regulatory control of landfill, windfarm and major hazard sites.
