Given the success of the first Oxford Law Alumni Lectures held in Freshfields in May, a second set of lectures has been planned. These will be held in the office of Allen & Overy in London on the 11th of November. The speakers are Professor Dan Prentice, Allen and Overy Professor of Corporate Law at Pembroke, on directors' liabilities and Mr Robert Stevens, Fellow and Tutor at LMH, on a topic within corporate insolvency. These lectures are available only to Oxford law alumni, Oxford alumni who now practice law and the Oxford law faculty. Attendance will be worth 2 CPD (Career Professional Development) points.
