Law Alumni Lectures at Allen & Overy

The two lectures, to be given by members of the Oxford Law Faculty and to which only Oxford law alumni are being invited, will be given on Monday 2 3rd May and will examine recent development in two central areas of European Community law:
"The Commission's proposals on European Contract Law - what does Europe need, what will Europe get?" to be given by Professor Stephen Weatherill, Jacques Delors Professor of European Community Law.
“Trade, Tax and Takeovers - can the European Court de-regulate Europe despite Brussels?” is to be given by Professor Derrick Wyatt QC.
