Kristin van Zwieten
Kristin studied corporate insolvency law as part of the BCL degree before progressing to read for a DPhil at Oxford.

For appropriate projects, it is possible to arrange joint supervision involving faculty members in both Law and the Saïd Business School. Prospective doctoral students can also seek direct admission to either the Law Faculty's or the Saïd Business School's research degree programmes.

Prospective doctoral students should consider electing to write a dissertation as one of their elective courses. Admission to the doctoral programme is subject to excellent performance in the MLF course, the development of a promising research programme and the identification of suitable supervisors.
