Oxford Mooting

Commercial Law Moot

Each year, students who have studied the optional subject ‘Principles of Commercial law' take part in a moot on a legal problem which falls within the course syllabus. Vernon Flynn QC of Essex Court Chambers has kindly judged the moot for the past two years. The moot is followed by drinks, which are sponsored by Norton Rose.
