Two moots were held on 7 and 8 of November 2012 in Exeter between Oxford and the University of Exeter.

Oxford Hong Kong Mooting Competition 2012

Can a spiteful husband be allowed to keep secrets, in particular information about the size and location of his wealth, from his wife?  Can his wife resort to self-help remedies when dealing with him so as to protect her anticipated share of his property upon divorce? Must a journalist of a tabloid newspaper take steps to locate the subject of a potentially incriminating article so that they can offer their side of the story?

All of these issues were vigorously argued in the Oxford Hong Kong Mooting Competition, which was held on 15th September 2012.
