photo of Murray Hunt
Murray Hunt is leading a new project within the Faculty to comprehensively assess the effectiveness of legislation in protecting the human rights of citizens in the UK. The project, which will also be conducted by two part-time researchers in the Faculty, will focus on the work of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights (JCHR) over the course of one parliament. The AHRC intend to produce a policy briefing based on the project reports and will also organise an international seminar at the end of the project to disseminate the outcomes of the research.
