Sandra Fredman, FBA (BA Witwatersrand, BA BCL Oxon), Professor of Law, CUF Lecturer and Fellow in Law, Exeter College, University of Oxford, Honorary Professor, Faculty of Laws, University of Cape Town, South Africa and Fellow of Gray's Inn and Barrister, Old Square Chambers, London has been appointed to the Rhodes Professorship of the Laws of the British Commonwealth and the United States in the Faculty of Law with effect from 1 September 2011. Professor Fredman will be a fellow of Pembroke College.
