Dapo Akande, University Lecturer in Public International Law and Co-Director of the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict participated in the BBC Radio 4 programme - Iconoclasts - on Wednesday 31 August 2011. The programme examined whether the Geneva Conventions should apply in the war against terrorists.
