The Law and Finance programme was delighted to host two leading US scholars in recent weeks, Professor John Coates of Harvard Law School and Professor Jack Coffee of Columbia Law School. Both participated in a Law and Finance Roundtable on 'Developments in M&A' and each also delivered a Law and Finance Seminar.
