On Friday 12th and Saturday 13th April 2013 Public International Law @ Oxford  hosted the British Branch of the International Law Association's Conference - The Changing Face of Global Governance: International Institutions in the International Legal Order. Patricia O’Brien, Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and United Nations Legal Counsel spoke at the conference which was attended by 160 delegates from around the world.
