The University of Oxford competed in the 20th Wilhem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot held in Vienna between the 23 and 28 of March 2013.

The team members, Jessica Howley (Magdalen), Martin Kok (University), Ryan Manton (Magdalen) and Jackie McArthur (Magdalen) are all graduate students. With some 290 teams registered in the competition, Oxford was the only team from the United Kingdom to progress to the round of 64, entering the knock-out rounds ranked 6th. However, the team was defeated in the next round and therefore eliminated from the competition. The team was awarded an Honourable Mention for their oral submissions.
