Oxford Law on SSRN

The University of Oxford Legal Studies Research Paper Series (RPS) is an electronic journal of faculty research edited by Professor John Gardner and Dr Justine Pila and hosted on the SSRN's Legal Scholarship Network. It was established in 2006 to facilitate the early and widespread publication of all faculty research, whether completed or in-progress, published or unpublished.

The journal is produced approximately 10 times a year.

The newly established Oxford Student Legal Studies Research Paper Series, edited by Professor John Gardner and Dr Justine Pila, is reserved for the work of Oxford graduate students in law.

Subscription to these RPS is free and can be set up by following the "subscribe" link on the RPS pages on SSRN (linked above). Distribution is by means of an email containing an abstract of each paper with a link where possible to the full text version located on the SSRN site.
