The students were split into teams and set the task of researching and planning arguments for a moot.

A moot is a simulated appeal hearing in which teams engage with legal issues and present oral arguments in a mock court setting.

With the assistance of tutors and current law students, the UNIQ students analysed the problems, carried out legal research and thought through the points they wanted to make, before using their persuasive skills to argue their case against opposing groups.
