The Global Corporate Governance Colloquia (GCGC) and the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) have announced the 24-Hour Global Webinar ‘The COVID-19 Crisis and Its Aftermath: Corporate Governance Implications and Policy Challenges’ to discuss the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global economy and, most importantly, the way forward. 

Corporate governance can play a key role in formulating the much-needed policy responses to mitigate the adverse socio-economic consequences of COVID-19 and support economic recovery. The webinar will bring together prominent scholars, practitioners and policymakers to exchange views on the policies that need to be adopted to foster resilience and facilitate the road to recovery from this extraordinary crisis.
