On 29th November, Ian Loader delivered the 2012 Tsai Lecture at the Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security. The Nathanson Centre is part of Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto. Ian spoke on the topic of ‘Legitimacy, Crime Control and Democratic Politics’ . His lecture can be viewed here.
