IPRT Annual Lecture 2013: Solitary Confinement: Necessity, Convenience or Inhumanity?

Sharon Shalev will be giving the Irish Penal Reform Trust annual lecture at King's Inn, Dublin, on 23rd July 2013. Entitled Solitary confinement: necessity, convenience or inhumanity? the lecture will hosted by Judge Gerard Hogan of the Irish High Court will chair the event, and leading social justice campaigner Fr. Peter McVerry will  provide a response.
