In this session, Professor Rosalind Dixon will lead a discussion on methods in constitutional studies, how we make and justify methodological choices, the relationship between the research question and the methods employed, and the relationship between research methodology and the contribution to the literature we seek to make.

Professor Rosalind Dixon

Rosalind Dixon is Anthony Mason Professor and Scientia Professor of Law at UNSW Sydney. She is Co-Director of the UNSW Gender Equality Hub and Resilient Democracy Lab. She is also Australian Research Council Future Fellow and Director of the Pathways to Politics Program for Women NSW. She is former Co-President of the International Society of Public Law, and a member of the Australian Academy of Law and Australian Academy of Arts and Social Sciences.
