Kristin van Zwieten is looking for a research assistant to help with the finalisation of the next edition of Goode on Principles of Corporate Insolvency Law.  The role will involve research and assistance with proofreading and cross-referencing.

Duration and hours

Between February and April 2017, for up to a total of 72 hours.

Reporting

The post reports to Kristin van Zwieten.

Eligibility

This post is open to current graduate research students in the Law Faculty and the hours will be in line with the restrictions on working hours for students.

Selection criteria

Essential:

  • Proficient in using English legal databases.

  • Close attention to detail.

  • Ability to concisely and clearly summarise results of research.

Desirable:

  • Experience (through research or practice) in corporate/commercial law, broadly construed.

Rate of pay

This will be paid at the standard research assistant rate of £14.56/hour plus holiday pay of £1.76 = total of £16.32/hour.
