The Law Faculty Open Days will be running on Monday 13, Tuesday 14, and Wednesday 15 March 2017.
Applications for the Open Days should be made by the school or college (not by individual students), and should be made online via the URL provided in the invitation. If you or your school/college has not received the invitation, please let us know.
The Application Form link will go live at midday on Wednesday 18th January. Booking will close on Monday 13th February, or earlier if all spaces are filled. We will operate a waiting list system once fully-booked. Places are limited to prospective applicants only, we are not able to accomodate teachers or parents (with the exception of students with specific access requirements). Please note that we are always oversubscribed for these Faculty Open Days, so book early to avoid disappointment!
Each school or college is invited to attend one of the three days. Each school or college can send up to three students. If you have more students who are interested in studying Law here at the University of Oxford, please get in touch.
You can contact us by phone on 01865 271491 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please have the following information ready before you complete and submit the form:
- School information, including UCAS number, full name, and address
- Contact information, including name, email address, and telephone number
- Student details, including any dietary or access requirements (e.g. wheelchair access, audio equipment for hearing impaired etc.), mobile phone number, email and home postcode
Accommodation and travel
We may be able to provide bed and breakfast accommodation to those who are coming some way to attend. The day is scheduled to begin at 9:15am and close at 3:30pm. We aim to provide any students who will not be able to reach Oxford for 9:15am accommodation for the night before. Please indicate on the Application Form if this is the case, and we will be in touch to arrange this. In exceptional circumstances we can offer accommodation on the night after the Open Day as well.
Schools and parents should be aware that no evening programme is arranged for pupils staying overnight nor are meals provided the night before. All overnight accommodation will include breakfast the following morning and all attendees will have lunch provided on the Open Day.
Please note that the Faculty Open Days are only for prosective applicants, not parents, guardians, or other friends and family. You are more than welcome to attend the main University Open days.
Please see the Faculty website for information about our other events for prospective applicants, or have a look at the central University’s Open Days and Outreach offering.
