The Relationship between the Court of Justice of the European Union and the EU Legislator

Judge Vajda will discuss the relationship between the TFEU and legislation with regard to two specific areas of substantive law, mainly the Rules of Public Procurement and also the Citizenship Directive (2004/38/EC).
