Prof Mary Bosworth is looking for a Research Assistant to help with organizational matters relating a series of events celebrating the Centre for Criminology’s 50th Anniversary in 2016.

RA for event at Green Templeton College on 15 March 2016 on ‘Vulnerability and Resilience in the Criminal Justice System’.

Duration

This work is set to start immediately. The hours will vary but will total no more than 30 altogether.

Reporting

This post will report to Prof. Bosworth.

Requirements

 A general understanding of the field of criminology is essential

Experience of organizing academic events desirable.

Good admin and IT skills are essential.

The student must be available for the whole day event to assist as needed.

Eligibility

This post is open to current graduate research students in the Centre for Criminology and the hours are in line with the restrictions on working hours for students.

Rate of Pay

This will be paid at the standard research assistant rate of £14.01/hour plus holiday pay of £2.40 = total of £16.41/hour. **

This post is funded by the Law Faculty’s Research Support Fund.
