Professor Luca Enriques is looking for one research assistant to help with research projects in comparative corporate law and securities regulation. The work will include helping with the editing of a book on the law and finance of related party transactions.

Duration and Hours

The work is to start immediately and will run until June 2018, when subject to mutual agreement, it could be extended to September 2018.

The hours will vary, but the assistant will be expected to work between 10-20 hours per month over the period.

You will not be required to work for more than 6 hours in any given week. 

Reporting

The post will report to Luca Enriques.

Requirements 

A reasonable understanding of corporate law and financial regulation is essential.

The work can be done in any place where you have access to a good library, but you must be able to travel to Oxford for occasional meetings.

Eligibility

This post is open to anyone and the hours are in line with the restrictions on working hours for students.

Rate of Pay

This will be paid at the standard research assistant rate of £14.80/hour plus holiday pay of £2.53 = total of £17.33/hour.

This post is funded by Luca Enriques’ research funds.
