Timetabling and Events Assistant 

Faculty of Law, St Cross Building, St Cross Road, Oxford 

Grade 4: £20,989 - £24,298 p.a. 

Applications are invited for the full-time, permanent position of Timetabling and Events Assistant in the Faculty of Law. The work of the Timetabling and Events Assistant will fall into two main categories: building and events, and timetabling. This is an interesting and varied role involving frequent contact with faculty and students, providing administrative support for a range of events and activities, including the management of the lecture list and room bookings. The postholder will be required to use various computer packages and software systems to support their work.

Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, be IT proficient, demonstrate strong organisational skills and a high standard of written communication, have effective interpersonal skills and be able to produce accurate work.
