Children's Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights

Dr Espejo Yaksic will be speaking about the main developments in inter-American case law on children's rights, as well as some of the most important challenges faced in light of recent transformations in family law, criminal law and autonomy rights. Dr Yaksic is a Visiting Fellow at Kellogg College, Director of Research and Postgraduate Studies at Universidad Central de Chile, and a UNICEF consultant in Latin America. He is one of Oxford Pro Bono Publico's current project partners.
