A panel discussion with Alice Obrecht (One World Trust) on ‘Accountability as Respect: the Value
and Role of Accountability in Humanitarian NGOs'  and Philip Tamminga (DARA) on ‘Donors
and Funders as part of the Accountability Chain: Lessons from the Humanitarian Response Index’,
chaired by Dr Hugo Slim (ELAC).

The Oxford Humanitarian Group (OHG) is an inter-disciplinary discussion group for humanitarian studies, hosted
within the Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict (ELAC) Through a regular seminar series, it aims to
facilitate discussion and the sharing of research amongst academics, policy makers, and practitioners on humanitarian
crises and the local, regional, and international responses they trigger.
