Oxford Transitional Justice Research is pleased to host this special lecture by Sir Geoffrey Nice QC. Deputy prosecutor in the trial of Slobodan Milosevic in The Hague, Sir Geoffrey has led several cases at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) since 1998. Currently, Sir Geoffrey represents the Kenyan government suspects as well as a range of Sudanese pro-Al Bashir citizens groups at the International Criminal Court (ICC). Sir Geoffrey will provide his perspective on these cases and the work of international criminal courts and tribunals more generally.
