COMPAS together with Oxford University's Human Rights Hub are pleased to host a talk by Dr. Nils Muinieks, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights. The talk is entitled “Migration and Human Rights: Trends and Priorities for Action” and will take place on March 5 at 2pm in the Pauling Centre, 58a Banbury Road. The event will be chaired by Dr. Sarah Spencer, Senior Fellow, COMPAS. Comments will be provided by Dr Cathryn Costello.
