The workshop will examine the repercussions of new and emerging military technologies for armed conflict in the 21st century. This particular event looks at how cyber capacities in particular, are shaping armed conflict. During the session we will be ciritcally analysing the implications of these developments from a political and policy perspective, from an ethical perspective and finally from a legal perspective. The workshop is held in partnership with The Oxford Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict (ELAC) and the Oxford Martin School.
