The new regime of market abuses in the European Union after the financial crisis

Pierre-Henri Conac is Professor of Commercial and Company Law at the University of Luxembourg, where he is Director of the LLM in European and International Financial Law. His research deals principally with securities law, company law, and comparative law in these fields. He has written numerous articles in these topics, and has been a member of several working groups in these areas, including the Reflection Group on the Future of EU Company Law and the European Model Company Act. He is managing editor of the Revue des Sociétés (Dalloz), and in 2011 the Board of Supervisors of ESMA appointed him to its consultative Stakeholder Group.
