The workshop with the ombudsman schemes (hosted by the PHSO) will discuss: how ombudsman schemes have responded to criticisms raised by the ombudsman watchers; the extent to which ombudsman watchers have influenced the operations of schemes; and how responses to ombudsman watchers fit in with broader strategies of consumer engagement.
