In this seminar, barrister Steve Broach will be taking 3 or 4 of the key UNCRC/CRDP rights and considering how far the legal and policy framework in England gets towards the realisation of those rights.

Steve Broach is a public law barrister at Monckton Chambers with a specialist interest in the rights of disabled children, young people and families. He co-authors Disabled Children: A Legal Handbook (Legal Action Group).
