Whilst the regulation of parodic uses in the field of trademark law remains a thorny issue in general, fashion parodies represent a particularly interesting case. Using a multi-stakeholder approach, the presentation addresses the desirability of protection of fashion parodies in the field of trademark law and the implications of such protection from the perspectives of consumers, trademark owners and parodists.
