The Comparative Law Discussion Group meets at lunchtimes during Michaelmas and Hilary terms to hear and discuss a presentation of research carried out by senior members or graduate students of the Faculty, or visiting researchers in the area of comparative private law as very broadly understood. It is open to all senior members and graduate students of the Law Faculty and is preceded by an informal sandwich lunch. The group is convened under the auspices of the Comparative Law Discussion Group by Lionel Smith and Francisco Alvarado Garcia.
