The Oxford Labour Law Discussion Group aims to bring together academics, scholars, students and practitioners to discuss current issues, developments and scholarship in the field of labour / employment law. For the purposes of the group, ‘labour / employment law’ is conceived in the broadest possible terms, to include individual and collective labour, social security law and equality and anti-discrimination law. We welcome contributions from across a variety of perspectives, approaches and disciplines. The Group's sessions are open to anyone, including undergraduate students.
