The OUCLJ has recently moved from an issue-based publication model to an article-based work flow. While the Journal still appears in the form of two printed issues per year, we publish every accepted submission on our publisher's homepage as soon as we have finished editing it.
The latest articles that have been published online are:
- Sarah E. Hamill, The meta-constitution: amendment, recognition, and the continuing puzzle of supreme law in Canada, published 3 Nov 2016
- Victoria Stace, Directors’ liability in negligence to third parties: challenging the assumption of responsibility approach, published 3 Nov 2016
A full list of recently published articles can be found on Taylor & Francis' homepage.
