Biography

LLB (King's College London), LLM in Information Technology and Telecommunications Law (University of Strathclyde), Barrister-at-Law (Hong Kong), Accredited General and Family Mediator (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre; Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited), Member (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators). 

Koo has published extensively in the field of dispute resolution, focusing on litigation, mediation and evidence.  She has spoken at international conferences across the US, the UK, Europe and the Asia Pacific.  She has lectured at the University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, and East China University of Political Science and Law.  She has conducted numerous continuing professional development courses for lawyers, law enforcers and mediators.  

Koo maintains chambers in Hong Kong.  She has served as an examining panel member of the Higher Rights (of Audience) Assessment Board, and a mediator assessor of the Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited.
