Joelle Grogan

Joelle Grogan completed her doctoral research on the rule of law in the European Union at Oriel College. She gained her undergraduate honours degree in Law at Trinity College Dublin, where she was elected a Scholar of the University (2009). She pursued graduate studies in Law at Oxford, where she was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL), graduating with Distinction (2012).

Her primary areas of research are public and European Union law, with a current focus on Brexit and the Rule of Law. She has presented her work throughout the UK, Europe, and in the US and China.
